Referrals can be made through the Central Referral Service of WA (external site).

Advanced Lung Disease Unit referrals
Referrals can be made direct to the Advanced Lung Disease Unit for:
- lung transplantation
- pulmonary hypertension
- lung volume reduction (surgical and bronchoscopic techniques)
- interstitial lung disease.

Thoracic Malignancy Clinic referrals
Urgent referrals for suspected lung cancer cases can also be made directly to the FSH Referral Service rather than via CRS if the patient is within the FSH catchment (external PDF 2MB).
Referrals can be directed to the Thoracic Malignancy Clinic. Please include details of any current/prior private radiology in the referral.
